  1. Can you ship to my country?

Currently we ship to 55 countries in the world, if your country is not listed below, please contact us at support@grapent.com or sunnyworldus@hotmail.com, we will make our best effort to include shipping service for it. Click here to see Supported Shipping Countries.

  

  1. How long does it take before I receive my items?

It depends on which country you are in and which shipping service you choose. Here is an approximate Delivery Time Details.

  

  1. How much should I pay for the shipment?

The shipping fee you should pay depends on shipping service that you choose, the destination country and the total weight of your packages. Normally, it is automatically calculated before you place an order.

  

  1. Can I see the tracking status of my package?

Of course you can. You will be able to see the tracking status online by accessing to relevant delivery company’s website after we provide with you the tracking number.

We will provide with you the tracking number 1-3 days after we ship your package.

 

  1. Does the shipping fee include taxes?

No, the shipping fee does not include any tax. All taxes is responsible to  buyers, if the buyer needs us to handle taxes for him, he should contact us before shipping.

 

  1. How do I know if my items have been shipped?

We will send a notification email to your registered email address to inform you the shipping situation.

  

  1. If my items are detained by Customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?

If so, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the items.

  

  1. Once I have placed my order, how long does it take to ship my items?

For products that are in stock, we will ship it in 1-3 days;

For products that are out of stock, we will ship it in 10 days;

 

  1. Will my items in the same order be shipped together in a single shipment?

Normally yes, but if not, we will contact you before we ship them separately to you.
