  1. If I don’t like an item, can I return it to you?

Yes, but make sure they are in good condition. If the item is in one of the follow situation, you can’t return it to us, we won’t accept it.

  1. It is worn.
  2. It is washed.
  3. It is damaged
  4. It is stained.
  5. It is smelled(with perfume, sweat smell or other not original smells)
  6. It is of no original labels.


  1. How can I return purchased items to you?

The buyers need to bear the courier cost for returning. Please follow guides below to return an item:

1). Contact or, telling us the problem of the item and your request.

2). Then fill out the return card, on your computer or by writing on it and print it out. And please put the return card within your return package.

3). As soon as we confirm receiving your return package, we will arrange refund to you in 7 working days.Normally, it takes 20-30 days for us to receive your return package.


  1. How can I know whether you have received my return item or not?

Once we receive your return item, we will send a confirmation email to you.


  1. If I bought the wrong size clothing, can I exchange it?

Yes, contact with us on or, and then follow answers on question 1 and 2 to return the wrong size clothing to us.


  1. Can I return an item to you 30 days after I received it?

No, you can only return an item to us within 7 days after you received it.


  1. What should I do if I can’t find my original invoice?

Please provide with us the order confirmation email or the order information in your account. Without this information, we will not be able to process your request.


  1. Where can I return my package back?

Please refer to answers in question 2, we will send you a return address and return card after we reach a mutual agreement.


  1. Which shipping method should I choose to return an item?
You can choose any available shipping service in your country, for example, FedEx, DHL, TOLL, etc.
